1. SHIPPING
The delivery periods of orders are 2 working days. If this period cannot be fulfilled, Via Moda will contact the customer to inform him/her of the new delivery period or to cancel the order if it proves impossible to deliver the product acquired. In no event will such delay or cancellation of the order entitle the customer to any compensation whatsoever. Shipping is free for deliveries in peninsular Spain for orders over €100, and €8 if the amount is less than €100. For deliveries to destinations other than peninsular Spain, please consult aclient@viamoda.ad.
2. RIGHT OF RETURN
The period for making a return is 30 calendar days from reception of the order. The customer must send an e-mail to aclient@viamoda.ad to request the return, and once it is authorised the product(s) must be sent following the indications sent within a maximum of 15 days. The shipping costs are on the customer’s account. Via Moda will issue a credit note with no time limit for the amount of the purchase.
3. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
The customer must send an e-mail to aclient@viamoda.ad giving a brief description of the problem, and may attach a photo if he/she thinks this will facilitate the explanation. Once the return is authorised, the customer must carry out the return following the instructions given. Via Moda will assume the shipping costs provided that the cause of the anomaly is a manufacturing defect and not an incorrect use of the product, along with the cost of sending the replacement product. If the article cannot be replaced due to lack of stock and the customer is not interested in any other article, he/she will be refunded the amount of the defective product.
4. FORM OF PAYAMENT
Your credit card will enable you to pay for your Internet purchases quickly and safely. Payment will be made by means of a virtual point of sale connected directly to your bank’s web portal. Some banks have additional security measures, such as the introduction of passwords or codes of coordinates to guarantee the security of the transactions carried out via Internet. We recommend that you consult these details with your bank.
